Shipping destinations:

• At this time, we only ship within North America.

Shipping times:

• Local orders take 2-5 business days to be delivered to you and we ship within 2 business days.
• Shipping time might vary depending on location, shipment method and other factors.

Shipping cost:

• Orders over $75 will have free shipping in Canada.
• Orders under $75 will be charged for shipping depending on your chosen delivery method and country. Full price will be displayed at checkout. 

You can select your preferred payment method at checkout.

• We accept secure payments for both local & international customers via Credit Cards, Debit Cards & PayPal. 

Note that additional exchange fee may apply if your currency is other than Canadian dollars.

Due to the nature of our products, used candles cannot be returned or refunded. However, we will replace or refund products damaged during shipment if photographic proof of damage is submitted to hello@baythos.com within 4 days of arrival. You may exchange your product for another candle of the same size and price within 14 days of purchase if you end up not loving the scent, or if the product is somehow damaged during shipping. The buyer is responsible for the shipping cost on all returned items. The exchange/return process must be started within 30 days of the original date of delivery and requires proof of purchase. 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 2 business days.
